Language

Delegates must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English.

 

Intellectual Property/Copyright

The copyright in the material contained in the courses, together with all supporting material is owned by Stephanie Barnicoat. You may not sell, redistribute or reproduce or convert any of the material. Ocean Watch owns all trademarks and logos and you may not copy or use them in any manner.

 

Training course

Delegates will not be registered as having completed a training course, nor will certificates be issued, until full payment is received.

Full attendance at the course and satisfactory completion of the course exercises and exam is required to gain certification.
 

Cancellations

Once you have booked onto a course you have up to 14 days from the purchase date to cancel your booking and receive a full refund (provided the course is not within those dates). Prior to the course or if you received the course package you will not be entitled to any refund. You may be able to transfer to another date.

 

Exclusions of Liability

Ocean Watch will ensure that the data in the courses is accurate and updated with new research and legislations etc and to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after being notified of them.

Certificates

On completion of a course, a certificate will be issued. The certificate will have a unique number and be logged and sent to JNCC for their records.
